Online Talk : Overcome Shame and Blame
Learning how to accept our past can be quite a challenge. Even for the happiest person on earth, there will always be something in life that can trigger feelings of shame or blame. So, where do these feelings of shame and blame come from, and why do we carry them? And, how do we recover our self when these heavy feelings are triggered?
Samantha Fraser has been a student and teacher with the Brahma Kumaris since 1994. She was born in London but spent 20 years working in primary education and serving in different countries in Africa including Tanzania, Zimbabwe, Zambia, Botswana, Mozambique Kenya and South Africa. A Lead Trainer with the Living Values Educational Program, initiated by UNICEF in 1995, she conducted various trainings in Africa and also international trainings in UK. She has also run meditation sessions and self-development courses in schools and different organisations. Currently, Samantha is based in London at the International Headquarters of the Brahma Kumaris where she is involved in organising and leading a variety of activities including outreach in various hospitals.
