Learn to meditate with just 4 sessions

Raja Yoga meditation is an open-eyed technique that can be used by anyone, anywhere - whilst you commute or at your desk, as well as at home. Whether you want to learn how to relax, need to be more concentrated and creative or are searching for personal enlightenment, this course can satisfy each of those needs.

Like any skill, meditation requires practice.  By doing a little every day, it soon becomes a natural and easy habit.

Explore how to:
• Make time & space for meditation to establish a daily practice
• Harness your thoughts, emotions and responses
• Use your meditation skills in everyday life


Courses run once a week for 4 weeks or in some cases as a stand alone seminar. Where necessary we may also be able to arrange 1:1's at mutually convenient times.

Thursdays 11:00am – 12:15pm
Thursdays 6:30pm – 7:45pm
4 weekly sessions





 Suitable for both beginners and those with some previous experience of meditation.
