In-Person Seminar : Be at Peace with Your Past

Most of us struggle to accept certain things about ourselves, other people, or life.  It can be very hard to let go of past events with uncomfortable associations.  Meditation can help us gain the strength to think differently in the present, gently let go of any unhelpful emotions we feel when we recall the past and allow the past to heal.
